To make an appointment or find out if this is the right service for you please make contact via the phone and email below.

Dr Lorenz is available for evening clinics and at weekends and works from a base in Islington.

If you would like to gather your thoughts prior to meeting you can download and bring the referral form with you.

If you would like a referral from your GP please ask them to send to the address below

If you would like to bring a friend or family member to the appointments you are welcome. Dr Lorenz can also speak with them people involved in your support following appointments if this is helpful.

Skype appointments are also available If you feel you are unable to come in person to appointments.
